With a tenure as partner at Audens since 2009, Marcos focuses his practice on e-commerce, data protection and blockchain.
As a member of the Madrid Bar Association (82,014), Marcos brings vast expertise in negotiation, litigation and legal defence.
He holds teaching positions in master's and advanced programs across various universities and business schools, like the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and the IE Law School. Marcos has also published numerous articles and papers and co-authored the books "Comentario al Reglamento General de Protección de Datos y a la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales" (Ed. Civitas, 2021) and "Análisis práctico de sanciones en materia de protección de datos" (Ed. Aranzadi, 2021).
