As a partner at Audens since 2012, Leandro focuses his practice on data protection, copyright law and advertising law. He spearheads the firm's international relations.

With a background at the Spanish Data Protection Agency, he represented this institution at prominent European and international organizations such as the Consultative Committee of Convention 108, the Article 29 Working Party and the International Conference of Data Protection and Privacy Commissioners.

Leandro is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (79,631) and is a sought-after speaker at law seminars and conferences centred on privacy, online marketing and copyright law. His collaborations extend to institutions like the World Bank and the Research Executive Agency of the European Union. He also shares his expertise through teaching at institutions such as IE Law School, Universidad Carlos III and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

He co-authored the books "Reglamento general de protección de datos: hacia un nuevo modelo europeo de protección de datos" (Ed. Reus, 2017), "Tratado de Protección de Datos" (Ed. Tirant Lo Blanch, 2019) and "Aspectos jurídicos de la ciberseguridad" (Ed. RaMa, 2020).
